ED II Questions

i'm moving from upstate NY to Ky in about a week. I'm leaving my ED8' behind for the New home owner.

i will be getting a ED-2 for the new house. it will house 4 scopes from 14" sct , two refractors and a LUNT solar scope.

can the ED-2 shutter be opened "easily" by hand or pully system ?
if i get the round building, how should i cool it in summer ( i like to keep electronics below 85F )

any other suggestion, comments welcome .

  • I'm will be getting the 10x10 exploradome. I didn't want to cut into the wall metal and reframe for a/c. Instead I built a 4x4 base and installed an exhaust vent in it for a portable a/c.
